What is QSP?
Quantitative Systems Pharmacology (QSP) is an interdisciplinary approach that combines pharmacometrics, systems biology, and computational modeling to understand the complex interactions between drugs and biological systems.
By integrating data from multiple sources, QSP models the dynamic processes of drug action, including pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), and the underlying biological networks. This approach enables researchers to predict drug responses, optimize therapeutic strategies, and address challenges in drug development.
