As a lab specializing in Quantitative Systems Pharmacology, forging strong partnerships with wet-lab researchers is critical.

Professor Jung Ho Lee at Eulji University’s College of Medicine has assisted our lab with various in vivo studies. For instance, with regards to autophagy research, he has performed in vivo mice ischemia studies to elucidate the effect of Beclin-1 knockdown on infarct size.

Professor Ji Yoon Kim at the Catholic University College of Medicine is a close partner in our collaboration on autophagy research. Using in vitro Beclin-1 knockdown and overexpression assays, their experimental results provided strong verification for our model predictions.

The drug discovery team at Microbiotix is a key collaborator in phage therapy research, providing all experimental data, both in vitro and in vivo, necessary for modeling phage-bacteria interaction dynamics.
